HOLIDAY MOVIE WORKOUT CHALLENGE

Whether you’re watching a TV original movie, a holiday classic, or the latest animated film, try this challenge to keep your body moving this Holiday season!

    1. SOMEONE SAYS “CHRISTMAS”
      Whenever a character says the word “Christmas” do 5 jumping jacks! For a low-impact version skip the jumping and extend your arms while taking a step to the side.
    2. THERE’S A SNOWBALL FIGHT, SKIING, OR SKATING
      If there’s a scene with a snowball fight, skiing, or ice skating, do 10 lunges per leg!
    3. IT’S A MIRACLE!
      Did you witness a miracle? Every time someone says “miracle,” or something miraculous happens, do 15 crunches.
    4. BUT IT’S TRADITION!
      Did a newcomer just show up? Or maybe the main character hasn’t been home in a while? If they’re roped into a family/town tradition, do 10 squats! You can do chair squats for low impact.
  1. IT’S SNOWING!
    Whether it’s machine generated, or straight from the sky, if it starts snowing, jog in place for 30 secs! You can march in place for low impact.
